Ingredients : 


1/2 kg of coriander seeds and 25 gram of dried turmeric roots.

Process: 

1. You need to fry both turmeric roots and coriander seeds separately without adding cooking oil for 5-10 minutes at medium flame. 

2. Grind both ingredients together to make powder and let it cool down and store it in a container.  It can be preserved till 1 month.
